CONSTRUCTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL:
Representing insurers, owners, contractors, subcontractors and municipalities in suits arising out of on-site personal injuries, delay claims, claims for faulty design and construction and claims related to discharge of hazards on-site.

EMPLOYMENT:
Claims brought before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination as well as the defense of state and federal civil rights claims.

Handling investigations and lawsuits related to property damage and personal injury stemming from fires.
