Marc focuses his practice on the defense of a broad range of civil liability matters for individuals and corporations, including premises liability, products liability, professional liability, construction, and employment litigation. Marc joined Coughlin Betke following a successful tenure as a prosecutor at the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office, where he tried over 25 jury and bench trials, prosecuting cases ranging from motor vehicle offenses, drug offenses, larceny, sexual assaults, and more. Marc is a 2021 graduate from Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, Marc earned honors and awards in Legal Writing, and Legal Practice Skills, and also worked as a Student Attorney in the Juvenile Defenders Clinic.
Before law school, Marc provided paralegal support at a prominent Boston firm in various fields of law, including personal injury, business
litigation, international arbitration, criminal defense, family and business immigration, probate & family law. Marc is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
