Mario graduated in 2003 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a B.A. in Finance. He earned his law degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2013. Prior to law school, Mario worked in financial services, servicing both small business and retail consumers. Prior to joining the firm, Mario served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Frederick L. Brown of the Massachusetts Appeals Court and also interned for Judge Brown while he was in law school. Mario is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and the United States District of Massachusetts.
At Coughlin Betke, Mario concentrates on the defense of civil litigation of all types, including but not limited to premises liability, personal injury, professional liability, construction defect, construction work site accidents, products liability and contract disputes.
