Sarah Smullin Malkenson concentrates her practice on the defense of civil litigation of all types, including but not limited to premises liability, personal injury, professional liability, construction defect and worksite accidents, products liability, employment litigation and contract disputes.
Sarah graduated from Barnard College in 2002 with a B.A. in Political Science. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law in 2010, receiving the Addison M. Metcalf Labor Law Prize. Sarah is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey as well as in the District Courts for the District of Massachusetts, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York and District of New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul J. Vichness of the Superior Court of New Jersey and worked in civil litigation at a
large New Jersey-based firm for five years. Prior to attending law school, she worked in events and marketing, planning events such as the Revlon Run/Walk for Women in New York and the Voodoo Music Experience in New Orleans.
