Ben focuses his practice on defense of individuals and corporations in civil litigation of all types, including products liability, premises liability, personal injury matters, and employment matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben worked at a civil litigation boutique in New Haven, Connecticut, where he maintained a broad litigation practice. Ben is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Ben received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a William B. Carswell Scholar and an editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. While in law school, Ben served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Claire R. Kelly of the United States Court of International Trade and the Honorable Michael Gerstein of Kings County Criminal Court. Before law school, Ben was a paralegal in Mergers & Acquisitions.
