Julia’s civil litigation practice at Coughlin Betke focuses on the defense of individuals and corporations in a variety of matters, including employment litigation, professional liability, premises liability, personal injury, products liability, and contract disputes.  Julia earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 2015. During law school, she served as a legal fellow in the Massachusetts Governor’s Office of Legal Counsel and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert B. Collings (ret.), Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

 

Prior to law school, Julia worked as a paralegal at Coughlin Betke, where she assisted in all aspects of civil litigation, from complaint to final disposition. Before rejoining Coughlin Betke, Julia worked at a large firm where her litigation practice focused on business, employment, and construction matters. She has also worked as a graphic designer and gallery assistant for two nonprofit art galleries.
