Amanda has nearly 20 years experience in civil defense litigation representing individuals, and small and large businesses in construction, employment, professional malpractice, contract, and commercial matters. She also has extensive experience representing insurers in bad faith litigation both in and out of the courtroom. Amanda has successfully tried cases for her clients in state and federal court, and has argued appellate matters before the Massachusetts Appeals Court. In addition, Amanda has provided risk management services for insurers involved in multistate operations. Amanda practices in both state and federal court, and before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

Prior to joining Coughlin Betke, Amanda at two other prominent civil litigation defense firms.  At Coughlin Betke, she works in all aspects of civil litigation, including but not limited to construction, personal injury, premises liability, product defects, and employment litigation.
