Curtis graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University School of Law in 2022 and Cum Laude from Harvard University in 2016. Prior to joining Coughlin Betke, Curtis clerked for the Honorable Donald L. Cabell of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts for two years. While at B.U. Law, Curtis received several additional honors and awards, including the Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar, the G. Joseph Tauro Distinguished Scholar, and the Paul J. Liacos Scholar awards. Curtis was also a competing member of the BU Law Mock Trial Team for three years, first as a competing member and then as Vice President of Training and Development, as well as a staff member on the International Law Journal. During law school, Curtis also participated in the BU Law Criminal Law Clinic, successfully prosecuting two trials on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and also held Judicial Internship with the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler of the
United States District Court (Mass). Prior to law school, Curtis also worked as a paralegal in the Healthcare Fraud Unit at the U.S. Attorneys Office in Boston. Curtis is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. At Coughlin Betke, he works in all aspects of civil litigation, including but not limited to personal injury, premises liability, commercial litigation, and products liability litigation.
